The H802GPBD and H805GPBD board is an 8-port GPON OLT Interface Board. It works together with the optical network terminal (ONT) to provide GPON access services.

Overview:

The H802GPBD board supports the following functions:

Eight GPON SFP ports (one-fiber bi-directional port)

A maximum of 1:128 split ratio for each GPON port

Class B+ and class C+ optical modules

Received signal strength indicator (RSSI) detection and controlled optical signal transmission of the optical module

Optical performance monitor (OPM)

Automatic power shutdown in case of a high temperature

 

The H805GPBD board supports the following functions:

Eight GPON SFP ports

A maximum of 1:128 split ratio

Class B+ and Class C+ optical modules

Received signal strength indicator (RSSI) detection and controlled optical signal transmission of the optical module

ONU-based queue shaping

Green: blinks every 0.25s

The board enters the phase of communication with the control board during its startup.

The GPBD board is a 8-port GPON OLT interface board, deployed at MA5600T, MA5603T, MA5608T. It works together with the ONU to provide the GPON access service

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The basic working principle of the GPBD board is as follows:
•The control module loads the board software, controls the running of the board, and manages the board.
•The switching module aggregates the signals from eight GPON ports.
•The interface module converts between GPON signals and Ethernet packets.
•The power module supplies power to other functional modules of the board.
•The clock module provides the working clock for other functional modules of the board.
