ZXSDR R8862A S2100 FDD TD-LTE is an outdoor remote radio frequency unit with BBU forms a complete base station. It can realize wireless transmission in the covered area and contol of wireless channel.

R8862A, 12L in volume and 14 kg in weight, is the smallest 2T2R RRU of 2*60W output power in the industry. The light and compact design enables it to be easily carried and installed. The load bearing requirement for the tower or wall is reduced.
• SDR 2T2R design to ensure one clear and simple network:
R8862A supports GSM, UMTS or LTE single or mixed technologies. Design of R8862A 2T2R channels ensures the smooth evolution of the system from GSM/UMTS to LTE 2*2 MIMO. Instead of running hardware on independent platforms for each technology, operators can implement various wireless technologies by software configuration on the same hardware platform, such as GSM+LTE in 1800MHz, or UMTS+LTE in 2100MHz. It decreases the investment risk and offers more flexible operation strategies for operators.
• Green RRU with low power consumption:
R8862A's improvement in materials and design of structure and modules, results in higher PA efficiency and lower power consumption than R8882. The remarkable decrease in power consumption effectively reduces the expenditure of power supply equipment such as battery, and electric charges.
