PRODUCT DETAILS

BBU3900 is mainly composed of transmission subsystem, control subsystem, interface module of three parts, the outline drawing as shown in figure, BBU3900 is indoor module, use 2 u high 19 inches wide case, can be installed in the 19-inch standard rack. Transmission subsystem's main function is to provide physical interface with BSC, complete the information interaction between the BBU and BSC. Transmission subsystem for operation and maintenance of BBU and ending connection channel. Control subsystem centrally manage the base station system, including operation and maintenance and signal processing, and provides the system clock.

Six BBU CPRI electric interface the uplink receiving DRFU sent, and send DRFU downstream data.

BBU internal configuration module as shown in figure 1: the typical application is configured to BBU box + interface board UPEA GTMU + power supply environment. Equipped with E1 lightning protection plate UELP UEIU veneer and monitoring board.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES

A BBU3900 is a baseband unit that performs the following functions:
• Provides S1 ports for communication between an E-UTRAN NodeB (eNodeB) and an MME/S-GW, and X2 ports for communication between eNodeBs. E-UTRAN is short for evolved universal terrestrial radio access network.
• Provides common public radio interface (CPRI) ports for communication with RRUs and processes uplink and downlink baseband signals. RRU is short for remote radio unit.
• Manages the eNodeB through operation and maintenance (OM) and signaling message processing.
• Provides an OM channel to the local maintenance terminal (LMT) or M2000. iManager M2000 (M2000). The M2000 is an integrated OM system designed by Huawei.
• Provides clock ports for clock synchronization, alarm monitoring ports for environment monitoring, and a Universal Serial Bus (USB) port for commissioning using a USB flash drive. The security of the USB port is ensured by encryption.

PRODUCT APPLICATION INTRODUCTION

BBU3900 can be installed indoors, such as an office building or residence, or be installed in a cabinet with surge protection in an outdoor place, such as a basement, balcony, corridor, or garage.
